Why Good Charlotte?
I decided to make this site because Good Charlotte is one of the greatest bands out there. I've loved their music since the minute I first heard it. I've been lucky enough to have met all of the guys and they are the biggest sweethearts in the world - it truly made me a happier person just getting to talk to them...I can't say enough nice things about them! If you don't have their cds, you should get them, because you're missing out! These guys are super talented, they put on an excellent live show, they truly care about their fans, and they deserve all the success they've had, and tons more to come!

Friday's show was amazing! I will get pictures and videos up soon, just wanted to stop in and make a quick update. Joel said that the guys are going to start work on their next cd, so yay! More GC greatness to look forward to!

So my first GC date on this tour was last Friday and I had tons of fun, as always! Just sucks that we got there late and ended up in the seats instead of on the floor, but tomorrow night will be better cause it's closer to home so I can get there early in the afternoon! I did however add a bunch of videos that I took that night and some pics as well, so you can check those out on the videos page and the pics are in the gallery.

I've been letting pictures pile up on my computer and finally got them all uploaded today. So every guys' individual album has new pics, and the group album has new ones as well. Wanna help make the GDWGC boards as big as they used to be? Go start posting some more! I miss everyone that used to go on there every day :( We're coming up on the 5 year anniversary of getdownwithgc.com, can you believe it? I started it in March of 2003 and never thought it would get as big as it has. Hell, I even know that at least Paul has seen it, and said it was bad ass, and that makes me more happy than you can imagine. I am proud to say that it is still getting loads of hits after all this time. I'm also proud of the fact that it's one of the longest-running GC fansites online. There's been so many good ones that I've seen come and go, which is a bummer, but I'm glad that I still have time to run this one for you guys, and for GC. They've always been one of my favorite bands and I'll continue to do it for as long as possible! It's totally worth it to put my time and energy into a site for a band I care so much about :]

I've added new overseas dates to the tour page. I sooooo hope that they tour the U.S. before they go off and make another cd. I didn't get to see them when they opened for Justin Timberlake, so it sucks not seeing them perform songs from GMR!

There's been a huuuuge gallery update today - loads of new pictures of the guys, as well as stills from Craig Ferguson and GCTV episodes 5 and 6. I feel so bad that I missed the Thanksgiving Day parade and the episode of TRL that they were on last week - I NEVER miss GC on tv! Things have just been insanely busy for me lately and I spaced them out. if anyone has those videos, it would be great if you could send them to me!

This is important! I know a lot of the visitors this site are also members of GCNaptown - well, it's been having lots of problems lately and we're not sure what the future holds for Naptown since it was announced that if enough donations aren't made to fund it, it will be closed. Anyone who wants to keep in touch with their friends on there, a few of the members created a "Baby Naptown" board which is as close to the original as you can get! The link can be found
